Returns and Exchanges

We apologize that you wish to return your product. To initiate the return process, kindly follow these steps:

 Contact Support@keyupro.com give your order number, reason for returning your product.

To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order, you may be charged a collection and restocking charge unless goods are damaged or faulty.

Refunds & Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order within 48hrs from receiving the merchandise by notifying us in writing and returning the items in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Prior to returning an item, please contact us via email. If the item has already been shipped, a restocking charge may apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

For incorrect, broken, or damaged goods, a full refund may be provided. Orders cancelled beyond the first 2 hours of placement may be subject to a cancellation fee, as all orders are processed within this timeframe for efficient handling.

Refunds are processed in batches based on the date and time of order cancellation or amendment. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be approved and processed correctly. An additional 5 working days may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement. If you don't see the refund within this period, please contact our sales office. Keep in mind that some banks/credit card companies process transactions slower than others, so the given timeframe ensures sufficient time for most banks to update their transactions.
